Orders & Shipping When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). If your order takes longer than 3 weeks, we’ll refund your shipping cost. Do you offer international shipping? Yes! International orders typically take 7–21 business days for delivery. My order says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it—what now? Once your package is marked “delivered,” USPS is responsible for it. Contact your local post office for next steps. Why is my tracking stuck in “Pre-shipment”? Your label has been created but USPS hasn’t scanned it yet. It may take a few days to update. If it’s been over 3 weeks, contact us.

Returns & Exchanges Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. What if I received the wrong or damaged item? Email bunordinary@gmail.com with your order number, name, and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Discounts & Pricing I forgot to apply my discount code, can you add it later? Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts after an order has been placed. Always double-check before checkout. Can I use multiple discount codes? No. Only one code per order (including free shipping codes). Do you offer price adjustments after I place my order? Prices are subject to change without notice, and we don’t retroactively adjust prices once an order is confirmed.

Shipping Issues & Address Errors I typed in the wrong address, can you fix it? We can’t make changes once your order is submitted. B Unordinary is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. What if my package gets returned to you? If returned by USPS, you’ll receive a full refund. If the item is sold out and you request reshipping, we may invoice for shipping.

Urgent & Out-of-Stock Orders What is "Urgent Processing"? Your order is prioritized for packing, but this doesn’t guarantee faster shipping speeds. What if an item I ordered is out of stock? If an item becomes unavailable, you’ll be refunded for that product. If that was your entire order, shipping will also be refunded.

Digital Downloads Where is my download link? Once your order is complete, your download link will appear on the confirmation page and in your email receipt. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes. Can I re-download my file later? Yes! Your download link will remain active in your email. If you run into issues, email us at bu@bunordinary.com with your order info.

Where can I listen to the B Unordinary podcast? Our podcast is available on [Spotify], [Apple Podcasts], and other platforms. Visit our Podcast page for direct links and episode guides. How often do you release new episodes? New episodes drop biweekly. Follow us on Instagram [@bunordinary] to stay updated on new releases.
