Get Your Mind Right


Experts say that we have anywhere from 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day, but most of them are the same as we had the day before. Some go as far as saying 80% of them are negative!!?? Having fear of things that hasn't happened yet. Worrying and stressing about things we cant control or change. We operate out of habit. Ways we've been taught how to deal with problems in present and future.. Causing more issues than what we really have. Not many of us know how to truly live in the moment; one day at a time. But what's crazy is that we all have the power within to Change those habits and way of thinking.

We hear it all the time, Words Of Affirmation! Simple words repeated to yourself daily can change the way you think, which starts to change your life all together! It doesn't even have to be a whole sentence, it can just be one word repeated daily until it's embedded in your way of thinking . I know, I know; we read about this everywhere and to be honest, it's not easy. But it's worth it. For example, if you walk into an interview with doubt that you won't get the job, you've already put the energy out there that it's not yours. So how about walking in knowing deep down in your heart and soul that this is yours. Would it change the outcome? Let me give you a heads up, this is not going to change everything overnight, so don't give up because it's not happening fast enough. We are reprogramming years of negative habits and thinking, it will take time and patience with yourself.

So below I have a list of some good example affirmation to start with. I don't want you to get frustrated and go quiet on yourself, so I'm going make this challenge easy for you. Lets start with just one from the list and repeat it daily to yourself. Once its becomes apart of who you are move on to the next one. I picked these because a lot of our issues come from lack of self love, and belief in ourselves . I'm working on this daily myself and sometimes I fall short, but we have to just pick up the pieces and get back to it. Start over as many times as you have to just DO NOT give up on you! 3 SIMPLE RULES TO FOLLOW: Make them positive; Keep them in the present tense; and keep them short.

1. I have the power to create my own world.

2. I love my body

3. I am powerful

4. I am whole.

5. I am enough

6. I have the power to change my world.

7. I love me

8. I choose to stop apologizing for being me.

9. I let go of negative self-talk.

10. I believe in me.
